Recently, our company discovered that a "Hong Kong Zhuoxin Accounting Services Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "the Hong Kong company"), which was incorporated in Hong Kong in December 2025, not only used the same words as our core name "Zhuoxin" in its corporate name, but also published articles that are easy to cause public misunderstanding through Internet channels. This has seriously misled some members of the public, making them mistakenly believe that the Hong Kong company is related to our company, or that the "Zhuoxin" brand (trade name) belongs to the company, which has caused a bad impact on the legitimate rights and interests and normal operation of our company.

in order to clarify the facts and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our customers and our business reputation, we hereby make the following solemn statement:

1. Division I and "Hong Kong Zhuoxin Accounting Services Co., Ltd." has no relationship

our company and our affiliated entities "Hong Kong Zhuoxin Accounting Firm Limited (established in 2012) and Hong Kong Zhuoxin Accounting Secretary Limited (established in 2019)" do not have any investment, cooperation, authorization or franchise relationship with the company. Any business promotion and commitment made in the name of the Hong Kong company has nothing to do with us.

2. Division I according to the law of "Zhuoxin" font size and related graphic trademarks enjoy prior rights

since 2007, our company has continuously and steadily used the "Zhuoxin" brand to carry out business activities. After nearly 20 years of market precipitation, the "Zhuoxin" brand has established a high and close correspondence with our company in the field of related services such as taxation and consulting. According to the provisions of the the People's Republic of China Anti-Unfair Competition Law, the Hong Kong company, as a peer operator, used the name (font size) of the company that our company has a certain influence without authorization, and published articles that are prone to misunderstanding and attached to our company's goodwill. Has been suspected of constituting unfair competition.

3. sternly warned the relevant subjects to immediately stop suspected unfair competition behavior

our company strongly urges relevant entities and online platforms to immediately delete all articles that are likely to cause market misunderstanding, and stop all commercial propaganda that may cause market confusion. Our company has now legally preserved the relevant suspected infringements and web evidence, and reserves the right to pursue its legal liability through all legal channels such as civil litigation and reporting to the administrative supervision department.
